Kristie Hunziker is a highly experienced HR professional with over 23 years of relevant experience. Currently serving as the VP of People Operations at Kintent, she is responsible for managing the company's human resources function. Kintent is a trust management platform that democratizes the ability of every company to quickly and cost-effectively set up, test, and get audited for security and compliance certifications. Kristie believes that trust is the foundation of every business relationship, and Kintent's platform helps companies earn and maintain that trust. Prior to joining Kintent, Kristie served as the Senior Director of People Operations at Cloud Elements, where she was an early team member and joined in 2013 to help bootstrap the company's recruiting function. She started as a contract recruiter and grew into leading People Operations, reporting to the CEO. During her tenure at Cloud Elements, Kristie gained expertise in talent management, team leadership, strategic recruitment solutions, organizational development, training needs analysis, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, employee onboarding, benefits, and payroll administration, and succession planning. Before Cloud Elements, Kristie was the Principal at Compel Consulting, LLC, an independent consulting business providing cost-effective and personalized talent acquisition and staffing strategy services for growing high-tech companies. Kristie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Colorado State University, where she graduated in 1999. She is also a Senior Software Engineer and has expertise in testing. Kristie is a SHRM-SCP certified professional and is passionate about creating and maintaining a positive work culture that fosters growth, development, and success.
